netaddr provides a Pythonic way of working with :-
- IPv4 and IPv6 addresses and subnets
- MAC addresses, OUI and IAB identifiers, IEEE EUI-64 identifiers

- various non-CIDR IP range formats such as nmap and glob-style formats
